• July 31 2014 - Submitted our application to PI ICAB for preliminary approval for a little boy from a Summer hosting program.
• August 22, 2014 - Received preliminary approval to go ahead and submit complete application (dossier).
• August 27, 2014 - Received Home Study paperwork to begin the process of home study and dossier documents compilation.
• November 24, 2014 - Home Study Finalized (Longer process than we expected…different requirements than last home study)
• December 1, 2014 - Finalized Home Study in hands
• December 2, 2014 - I800a sent off to SPCO via priority mail
• December 8, 2014 - Agency (SPCO) received I800a application
• December 10, 2014 - I800a sent off to USCIS
• December 12, 2014 - Text message that I800a received and logged by USCIS
• December 22, 2014 - Received date for I800a fingerprinting
• December 24, 2014 - Got fingerprints done in Alexandria, VA
• January 24, 2015 - I800A Approval (with a RFE, one additional paper needed, on January 16th)
• Feb 2, 2015 - SPCO sent our dossier to PI via Fedex
• Feb 9, 2015 - ICAB received and logged in dossier
• Feb 12, 2015 - ICAB email for additional information (4 questions)
• May 6, 2015 - ICAB issued placement proposal
• May 11, 2015 - SPCO received placement proposal packet n  
• May 15, 2015 - Signed paperwork and mailed documents/checks to SPCO
• May 21, 2015 - SPCO sent acceptance letter and checks to ICAB
• June 2, 2015 - SPCO received legal documents and overnight to us
• June 3, 2015 - Sent I-800 off to USCIS
• June 5 2015 - USCIS received I-800 application
• June 17, 2015 - I-800 approval
• July 21-23, 2015 - US Visa Medical
• August 28, 2015 -Visa Interview
• Sept 9, 2015 - Received Invitation to travel for ICAB
• Sept 10, 2015 - Left for PI
• Sept 14, 2015 - Entrustment Ceremony for JE
• Sept 19, 2015 - Touched US Soil with JE...Happy Forever Family Day
